Note that this pinout is very close to KungFu Master.  I believe
the colors on this or the KungFu Master pinout are labeled
incorrectly.  The only differences I can see between this and
KungFu Master are: 1) Green & Red reversed, 2) KungFu Master has
composite sync on pin P whereas Red Alert has separate syncs, and
3) Red Alert has -5V on pins X and 20.

The pins may need to be reversed or flipped vertically so that pin
22 is pin 1, pin 21 is pin 2, adn so on.
